Job Description :
Opening for an Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney in its Miami office. The position will focus on Insurance Coverage, Insurance Defense and Employment Litigation. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 6-8 years of litigation experience. Working arrangements are flexible.

- Candidates must have solid knowledge of insurance coverage, insurance defense and some knowledge of employment law, including counseling, litigation, motion and deposition experience
- Must be able to work independently on pleadings, discovery, and analytical client reports
- Possess excellent academic credentials and oral communication skills
- Commitment to superior client services, and
- Candidates must be licensed in Florida and is not required to be a resident in Miami.
