Collector II

The Collector will identify delinquent accounts, locate and notify customers of delinquent status, initiate appropriate action to recover balances, and maintain all related records. 

• Document collection actions and status of account


• Facilitate collections of past due invoices


• Set up payment arrangements to bring past due accounts


• Notifying customers of delinquent accounts to solicit payment


• Negotiating payment arrangements with consumers on collection accounts


• Negotiate immediate payment for past due accounts or creating payment plans


• Call customers with past due accounts to make arrangements for payments


• Initiating calls to delinquent customers to collect payments and settle accounts


• Initiate all collection efforts and call customers to collect payments on past due accounts


• Contacting customers who have delinquent accounts and making payment arrangements


• Contacting customers with delinquent or passed due accounts and making payment arrangements


• Make collection calls to past due accounts


• Make collection calls to early stage delinquent accounts


• Correct billing errors, collect past due accounts, maintain customer account information, and handle payment application and reconciliation


• Securing payment arrangements with customers by phone and bringing delinquent accounts


• Calling and obtaining payment for past due accounts


• Obtain customer location to collect delinquent accounts


• Obtain payments on credit card accounts


• Assist in the collection of all delinquent accounts


• Determine payment status of accounts


• Perform all other related duties as required
