Job Description :
 The job site coordinator will be responsible for overseeing constructions and or job sites and projects. Serve as the point of contact for contractors and be expected to liaise between crew members and management. Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.  You must possess strong organizational and communication skills and work proficiently both individually and in teams.

  • Oversee daily operations

  • Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage

  • Enforce all workplace policies and procedures

  • Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees

  • Conduct staff performance reviews

  • Maintain and adhere to departmental budget

  • Approve project plans

  • Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner

  • Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards

  • Ensure compliance across the worksite

  • Review all project contracts before submitting to management

  • Answer inquiries from potential project partners

  • Mediate on-site conflicts

  • Prepare and submits bi-monthly progress reports


Required Qualifications :
 

 



  • Minimum 5 years experience in a construction environment or project-based work site

  • Bachelor or Technical degree in related field of study (Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Supply Chain Management, Business).

  • Budget management experience required

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds

  • Familiarity with developing a Site Safety plan

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
