Job Description :
Seeking an insurance litigation attorney with at least 5 years of experience in Insurance Defense Litigation. Special interest in attorneys with construction-defect litigation. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: commercial litigation, insurance defense, employment law, business litigation.
Required Qualifications :
The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:
- Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions and trial work, handling mediations
- Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals and clients
- Self-starter; professional
- Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment
- Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
- Steller research written and verbal communication skills are key
- Motivated, ambitious, and career-oriented
