Real Estate Attorney Associate

As a Real Estate and Estate Planning Lawyer, you are responsible for assisting our customers to successfully implement the tools that we create for them. This will require you analyze problems and issues related to a wide range of practice areas including business and real estate acquisitions, property management, real estate purchase and sales, real estate asset protection strategies, and other issues that real estate investors encounter. You should also be knowledgeable about estate planning and how people use estate planning tools for generational wealth building and tax savings.

• 3-5 years experience with assisting real estate investors including deed research, LLC creation, Trust creation, and researching new legal products and implementing them with clients


• J.D. Degree from an ABA-accredited Law School


• Entrepreneurial experience with 2+ employees


• Professional sales training


• Client consultation: doing research and educating others by answering specific legal scenarios as they pertain to real estate investing and asset protection


• Experience presenting from slide decks and being interviewed about legal topics / solutions that excites potential clients


• Experience in real estate syndication and SEC compliance


• Florida Bar license (Required)


• US work authorization (Required)
